Video Production & Editing Internship

The opportunity

Aven Media is a Sweden-based creative company with a global outlook. We are inviting curious and committed people in Uganda to contribute ideas, develop practical skills and grow through a supervised internship.

What you'll work on

• Assist with filming, shot planning, location preparation and production.
• Edit short videos, promotional content, reels and interviews.
• Support colour, captions, sound and basic motion graphics.
• Collaborate with the content team to tell coherent brand stories.

What we're looking for

• Basic filming and/or editing experience, including personal projects.
• Some familiarity with CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar tools.
• Attention to storytelling, pacing, detail and deadlines.

Students, recent graduates and self-taught candidates are welcome. We value initiative, creativity and willingness to learn more than years of formal experience.

What you will gain

Mentorship, practical project experience, new skills, portfolio development and exposure to collaborative creative work. There is also the possibility of a longer-term position based on performance and business needs.
