Field Agents

YallaHuts is growing its network of listed properties and is looking for motivated Field Agents to support this growth.

As a Field Agent, you will identify property owners, explain the benefits of listing on YallaHuts, and encourage them to submit their properties. Once a property is successfully listed and approved, you earn a commission.

Targets & Earnings

• Each agent has a minimum monthly target of approved properties.
• Meeting or exceeding your individual target unlocks higher commission rates / bonuses.
• There is also a collective team target that, when achieved, brings additional rewards for the group.

This is a flexible, performance-based role ideal for people who enjoy meeting others, building relationships, and working independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach property owners with suitable properties
• Clearly explain how YallaHuts works and the benefits of listing
• Encourage owners to create and submit their property listings
• Assist owners with the listing process where needed
• Follow up until the property is successfully submitted and approved
• Maintain professional communication and positive relationships with owners
• Work within YallaHuts guidelines and provide accurate information
• Consistently work towards your monthly individual target and support the team target

Important note: Property photography is the responsibility of the property owner. Agents are not required to take photos unless separately agreed as an additional service.

Requirements

• Confident communicator comfortable approaching new people
• Persuasive, professional, and able to explain ideas clearly
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Honest, reliable, and customer-focused
• Comfortable using a smartphone and online platforms
• Ability and willingness to work towards monthly property acquisition targets
• Familiarity with properties, landlords, or local communities is an advantage but not required

Sign up through the main YallaHuts portal and complete the Field Agent application and short assessment. Successful candidates will be accepted as Field Agents and receive an Agent Code to track the properties they bring onto the platform.
