Saplic reads the XML or RSS feed of your company, your ATS or your job board and posts your jobs without any manual entry. Jobs update on their own whenever your feed changes.
Posting through a feed costs nothing, per job or per application, and no card is required.
Your jobs appear in the country of each one: El Salvador, Mexico, Brazil, the United States, Nigeria, Malaysia, the Philippines and the other countries where Saplic operates.
Each application reaches the email address you choose, or your own system through a signed webhook, with the candidate’s details and resume.
If you post your openings on your own site and that site offers an XML or RSS feed, Saplic reads them from there. You enter them once, on your own page.

A person on our team checks that the jobs are yours or that you are authorized to post them.
New jobs are created, changed jobs are updated and jobs that leave the feed are closed.

A UTF-8 XML feed at a publicly accessible URL, with one <job> element per job inside <source>. Each job carries a title, a unique reference, a description and a country; the URL, company, city, salary and job type are recommended. RSS 2.0 and Atom are also read.

Companies and ATS: only the company’s own jobs.
Job boards: only jobs received directly from the employer and that the board is authorized to redistribute. Aggregated, scraped or copied jobs are not accepted.
Every job must be real, currently open and show the hiring company (or “Confidential” if the employer asked for it).
Charging candidates, or asking them for deposits, bank details or identity documents before an interview, is forbidden.
Candidates apply on Saplic and Saplic sends each application to the source. Emails, phone numbers, WhatsApp numbers and links to apply elsewhere are removed from the description.
Saplic may reject or pause a source that does not follow these rules.
We read the feed when you submit the form. If it is valid it is registered and we email you once it is approved.
Each job appears on the Saplic job board of its own country, where candidates from that country see it. Posting is free in all 59 countries and applications reach you directly, by email or by webhook.
