Social Media & Content Creation Internship

The opportunity

Aven Media is a Sweden-based creative company with a global outlook. We are inviting curious and committed people in Uganda to contribute ideas, develop practical skills and grow through a supervised internship.

What you'll work on

• Research trends and develop content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Help plan content calendars, draft captions and create engaging short-form posts.
• Support social channels and monitor engagement and audience feedback.
• Collaborate with designers and video creators on client campaigns.

What we're looking for

• Strong communication and storytelling instincts.
• Comfort using major social media platforms and spotting emerging trends.
• Creativity and willingness to test ideas; samples of personal work are welcome.

Students, recent graduates and self-taught candidates are welcome. We value initiative, creativity and willingness to learn more than years of formal experience.

What you will gain

Mentorship, practical project experience, new skills, portfolio development and exposure to collaborative creative work. There is also the possibility of a longer-term position based on performance and business needs.
