[HIRING] Video Editors + Content Researchers/Scriptwriters. Full-Time Remote EST 9-5

Hey everyone,

I run a marketing agency and I’m currently looking to expand my team.

I’m looking for reliable people who want long-term, full-time remote work, rather than a freelance gig. 

Position 1 Short-Form Video Editor

You’ll primarily be creating short-form content for platforms:

• TikTok
• Instagram Reels
• YouTube Shorts

You should be comfortable editing engaging, fast-paced videos designed for social media.

You need to know how to work with CapCut

 Position 2 Content Researcher + Scriptwriter

Your responsibilities will include:

• Finding interesting/trending content and potential video ideas
• Researching topics and competitors
• Finding clips/content that can be used as inspiration or source material
• Writing short-form video scripts
• Creating hooks and keeping scripts engaging
• Working from provided content briefs

I'm mainly looking for someone who understands social-media content and what keeps people watching.

Schedule

This is a full-time position.

Monday–Friday

9 AM–5 PM EST

8 hours/day

You need to be available and responsive during those hours.

I'm specifically looking for people who are reliable, consistent, and interested in staying with the team long-term.

 Payment

Payment is monthly.

I'm able to pay through:

• Wise
• Skrill
• Cryptocurrency

Compensation will depend on your experience and the position, starting from $5 USD an hour

The biggest thing I'm looking for is reliability.

You should:

• Have stable internet
• Be able to work independently
• Communicate consistently, in English.
• Meet deadlines
• Be comfortable working 8 hours/day
• Be willing to learn our systems and workflows
• Have a good eye for social-media content
• Be looking for something long-term

Previous experience is preferred, but demonstrable skill matters more than having an impressive résumé.
