Own People & Culture end to end in Angola. You build the culture, run operations, ensure compliance, and act as a true partner to local leadership. You operate independently, solve problems early, and take full ownership of everything people-related on the ground.

• What You’ll Do

Own culture: turn values into daily behaviors across teams.

Lead HR end to end: from hiring to exit, ensure a strong and consistent employee experience.

Build what matters: design and implement HR policies, processes, and systems that support business growth.

Ensure compliance: stay ahead of Angolan labor law, manage contracts, and work directly with local legal counsel.

Run payroll flawlessly: accurate and on time, every time.

Handle employee relations: address issues firmly, fairly, and legally.

Partner with leadership: advise, challenge, and support decision-making.

Drive performance: implement and manage performance cycles that raise standards.

Develop people: identify gaps and deliver practical, high-impact training.

Own data: track HR metrics and provide clear, actionable insights.

Maintain standards: ensure employee records and documentation are always accurate and complete.

Support the workplace: keep the office organized, functional, and productive.

Solid knowledge of Angolan labor law and HR best practices.

Clear, direct communication and strong stakeholder management.

High attention to detail, especially in legal and administrative work.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.

Fluency in Portuguese (required).

Fluency in English (required).
