KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead title deed & mixed collateral recovery Manage classified loans and collections Oversee collateral enforcement, repossession & sale Supervise recovery teams and service providers Ensure legal & regulatory compliance Monitor team performance and prepare reports Support recovery strategy and staff development QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business, Finance or Banking CCP or equivalent credit qualification 5-8+ years' debt recovery experience 3+ years in a supervisory/leadership role Strong knowledge of land/security realization, statutory notices and forced- sale valuation Experience managing advocates, valuers, estate agents & auctioneers Strong leadership, negotiation & communication skills
