Bitz IT Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced Change Management Lead / Change & Adoption Lead to provide overall leadership for the Change Management, Business Readiness and Adoption workstream of a major Enterprise MIS Transformation Programme.

The successful candidate will lead the integrated Change Management Strategy and coordinate change activities across executive alignment, stakeholder engagement, organisational readiness, communications, learning, resistance management, adoption and go-live readiness.

The role will also integrate change management with requirements, solution design, data migration, UAT, training, deployment and hypercare.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Organisational Development, Business, HR, Psychology, Communications, Management, Information Systems or another relevant discipline

• Current/valid Prosci Change Management Practitioner certification

• Minimum 10 years’ relevant professional experience

• At least 7 years in organisational change/change leadership

• Leadership experience on at least two major enterprise technology or digital transformation programmes

• Demonstrable experience across change strategy, impact assessment, readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications, learning, transition/go-live and adoption

• Strong executive facilitation and stakeholder-management capability

• Excellent written and spoken English

• Ability to undertake sustained assignment delivery in Kenya and travel to client locations

HIGHLY DESIRABLE

Master’s degree; ERP/enterprise-system transformation experience; Kenyan public-sector or complex regulated-institution experience; distributed/branch workforce transformation; enterprise-scale ADKAR; Agile/change integration; and adoption analytics.
