Bitz IT Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced Learning & Capability Development Specialist for a major Enterprise MIS Transformation Programme.

This is not simply a trainer position.

We are looking for a specialist capable of designing and governing enterprise learning architecture for a large-scale digital transformation programme.

The successful candidate will lead Training Needs Analysis, develop the Learning & Capability Strategy, define role-based learning requirements and pathways, establish competency requirements, coordinate system-specific learning content, design Train-the-Trainer arrangements and oversee training readiness and learning effectiveness.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, HR Development, Organisational Development, Business, Information Systems or related discipline

• Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience

• At least 4 years designing/delivering enterprise learning or capability programmes

• Demonstrated Training Needs Analysis experience

• Demonstrated curriculum and learning-pathway design

• Experience developing learning for enterprise systems or major process transformation

• Train-the-Trainer and adult-learning experience

• Experience evaluating learning effectiveness

DESIRABLE

Instructional Design/L&D certification; SAP/Oracle/ERP training experience; e-learning/digital learning; experience with large distributed learner populations; public-sector experience; and change-management exposure.
