Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing, purchasing, and replenishing goods, materials, and supplies.
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations, negotiate delivery schedules, and follow up on purchase orders.
• Monitor supplier performance to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and supplier databases.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability.
• Conduct routine stock counts and inventory reconciliations.
• Update inventory records and investigate stock discrepancies.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure proper storage and stock handling.
• Coordinate the movement of goods between suppliers, warehouses, and customers.
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
• Work with logistics providers to resolve delivery or transportation issues.
• Prepare shipping documentation and delivery schedules.
• Support demand planning and procurement activities based on business requirements.
• Assist in implementing supply chain policies and operational procedures.
• Monitor supply chain performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Ensure smooth coordination between procurement, warehouse, sales, and operations teams.
• Prepare reports on inventory levels, procurement activities, supplier performance, and logistics operations.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, deliveries, and stock movements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Support internal audits and inventory verification exercises.

Requirements:

• Minimum of an HND in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven years of experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory, or logistics operations.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and ERP or inventory management systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
