Job Summary

CBPillars is seeking a motivated, resourceful and technically inclined NYSC corps member with a background in Computer Engineering to support its day-to-day ICT operations and logistics activities.

The successful candidate will work closely with the technical and operations teams, gaining practical exposure to ICT infrastructure, equipment installation, basic troubleshooting, inventory management and field operations.

This opportunity is ideal for a corps member who is eager to apply their academic knowledge, develop practical technical skills and gain hands-on experience in a professional ICT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup, installation and configuration of ICT equipment and devices.
• Support routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of computer systems and other ICT equipment.
• Assist with the transportation, handling and deployment of ICT equipment across designated locations.
• Support on-site technical activities, installations and service assignments under the guidance of the technical team.
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining records of ICT assets, equipment and inventory.
• Support the operations team in coordinating equipment deliveries, collections and other logistics activities.
• Assist with documenting technical activities, equipment movements and operational reports.
• Provide general ICT and operational support as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or HND in Computer Engineering.
• Must be a serving NYSC corps member or eligible for NYSC deployment.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking and ICT equipment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn, take instructions and work collaboratively with a team.
• Ability to work on-site and participate in field assignments when required.
• A valid driver’s license and ability to drive will be an added advantage.
