Job Description

Provide professional consultation and guidance to customers regarding credit reports and the Company's products and services.
Attend to customer enquiries via walk-in and email professionally and promptly.
Assist customers with CTOS ID registration and credit report access or checking.
Handle enquiries relating to Trade Reference (eTR) records in accordance with established procedures.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and customer-centric approach in delivering excellent customer service.
Ensure all customer interactions are accurately recorded in CRM system, for proper case tracking and reporting.
Perform administrative duties, document management, and daily operational reporting.
Manage and ensure Service Centre is presentable.
Ensure customer information is handled confidentially and in compliance with Company policies and regulatory requirements.
Support Service Assurance initiatives by adhering to established operational procedures, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues promptly.
Undertake any other duties or assignments as directed by the Management from time to time.
