Operations Support Officer

About the Role:

Handle commercial underwriting and policy servicing operations, ensuring accuracy and strict adherence to turnaround times (TAT) and service-level agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Process commercial insurance transactions, renewals, endorsements, and policy documents.

• Maintain high data accuracy and workflow compliance.
• 
  
• Collaborate with internal underwriters and regional operations teams.
• 
  
• Support process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
• 
  

Requirements:

• 2–3+ years of experience in commercial insurance, underwriting support, or insurance shared services operations.
• 
  
• Proficiency in Cantonese is strongly preferred to support regional broker and stakeholder communication.
• 
  
• Strong understanding of policy lifecycles and documentation.
• 
  
• Proficient with insurance administration or workflow systems.
• 
  
• High attention to detail and strong time management skills.
•
