HR OFFICER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for overall company recruitment matters.
• To prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board / flyers / posters / colleges / career fair etc.
• Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new-hire orientations, and exit interviews, including data entry in human resources information systems (HRIS) and ISO audits for accuracy and compliance.
• Be the primary backup for payroll processing, including biweekly and semimonthly updates to employee files, bonus/incentive pay, vacation/sick pay, expense reimbursements, hourly-employee validations, and benefits changes.
• Provide a dedicated and effective HR advisory service to employees that covers absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievances, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters.
• Source and sort candidates according to specifications and time-frames established through social media, databases & etc.
• Partially involve in foreign workers matter
• Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters

General

• From time to time generate ideas and programs on specific HR aspects and propose to the management.
• To check and to arrange settlement of invoices from suppliers or companies HR deals with.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma / Degree holder in any field.
• Possess 2 year and above of experience in HR Generalist
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and people management skills
• Aptitude for problem-solving and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
• Advanced knowledge of HR2000 i-Payroll and ability to learn new technical systems, when necessary
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (eg: Excel, Word, Power Point).
