Senior IVR Developer – Cisco CVP / Call Studio

We are seeking a Senior IVR Developer with hands-on experience in enterprise DTMF IVR application development and Cisco Contact Center technologies. The role focuses on Cisco CVP and Call Studio development, Java-based IVR components, backend integrations, and integration with UCCE/ICM routing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and support DTMF IVR applications within Contact Center environments.

• Build IVR solutions using Cisco CVP, Cisco Call Studio, and VXML Server.

• Develop CVP Custom Elements using Java.

• Integrate IVR applications with backend systems through HTTP REST APIs, OAuth2, XML Web Services, and MS SQL Server.

• Develop customer self-service solutions and support data sharing between IVR and agent desktop environments.

• Integrate CVP IVR applications with UCCE/ICM routing scripts, DNIS, skill-group queuing, CTI variables, and Finesse Agent Desktop.

• Work with Contact Center testing capabilities including Cyara.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in DTMF IVR application development in CVP Contact Center environments.

• Hands-on Cisco Call Studio and Cisco CVP experience.

• Experience with VXML Server and CVP Custom Elements using Java.

• Strong Java development experience with client backend integrations.

• Experience with Apache Tomcat.

• Experience with UCCE/ICM integration and associated Contact Center routing and agent desktop concepts.

• Experience with DNIS, skill-group queuing, CTI variables, and Finesse Agent Desktop.

• Knowledge of Cyara.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of AWS Amazon Connect.
