Sales & Marketing Officer

The opportunity

Aven Media is a Sweden-based creative and strategic communications company with a global outlook. We work across branding, digital media, storytelling, communication strategy and production. We are building our professional team in Uganda and are looking for people who value creative quality, good relationships and reliable delivery.

Responsibilities

• Research prospective clients and markets for Aven Media’s digital and creative services.
• Conduct respectful professional outreach and arrange introductory client meetings.
• Assist with proposal preparation, quotations, service packages and sales presentations.
• Organise enquiry records, maintain CRM updates and follow through on opportunities.
• Support digital marketing, campaigns and promotion of Aven Media services.
• Coordinate with the Head of Partnerships on lead qualification and account development.
• Report on prospecting, meetings, proposals and commercial outcomes.

Qualifications & experience

• At least two years of sales, marketing or client-development experience preferred.
• Strong communication, listening, writing and presentation skills.
• Understanding of creative or digital services is an advantage.
• Confidence using common marketing tools, CRM and spreadsheets.
• Ability to work responsibly toward agreed, measurable goals.

• Qualified new-client opportunities and organised follow-up.
• Relevant marketing activity, proposals and pipeline reports.
