What You Will Do Establish clear sales objectives for each team member. Educate sales team on new or upcoming products and services Continually monitor and track regional sales performance Ensuring adherence to the credit processes and compliance. Assist in hiring, training, and development of new sales team members. Analyse monthly sales outcomes and create reports for upper management Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred Proficient with Microsoft Office 5 years of relevant experience in banking, insurance and Microfinance industry History of success in building a regional market Natural leader with proven management skills Flexible schedule and able to travel
