Job Description This role will focus on delivering training, supporting partner onboarding, conducting due diligence, and amplifying KEPRO’s impact through community engagement and knowledge sharing. This role is ideal for recent graduates passionate about environmental sustainability and community development looking to gain hands-on program management experience. Requirements Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Environmental Science, Environmental Education, Community Development, or a closely related field. Experience : Entry-level, recent graduates (within 24 months of completing their degree) are strongly preferred. Volunteer experience, academic projects focused on community work or environmental sustainability, and hands-on program support experience are a significant plus. Experience working with grassroots organizations or waste management initiatives is a plus.
