HOW TO APPLY
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Site Operations Management
- Oversee daily manufacturing processes of cabros, culverts, and other construction materials.
- Ensure smooth operations at the site, coordinating production schedules and workforce allocation.
- Monitor site performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Enforce adherence to company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Customer Service & Client Relations
- Ensure clients receive professional, timely, and high-quality service.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service escalations effectively.
- Maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Promote customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Staff Supervision & Workforce Management
- Supervise site staff and ensure effective workforce utilization.
- Manage employee performance, attendance, discipline, and development.
- Conduct staff training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Foster teamwork and a safe, productive working environment.
Quality Control & Production Standards
- Monitor product quality to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Implement quality assurance measures across all production processes.
- Inspect finished products and enforce corrective actions where necessary.
- Maintain consistency in production output and minimize defects.
Inventory & Resource Management
- Manage raw materials inventory and ensure timely procurement.
- Track usage of cement, aggregates, molds, and other inputs.
- Implement cost-control measures to minimize wastage.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels and consumption.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Enforce health and safety measures at the site.
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.
- Oversee incident reporting and resolution processes.
Reporting
- Prepare and submit operational, production, and performance reports.
- Monitor key site performance indicators and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide management with insights on productivity, efficiency, and resource utilization.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a busy construction or cabro-making site.
- Proven experience in supervising production and site operations.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of quality control processes and health & safety regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and documentation/reporting tools.
