Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute brand activations, promotional campaigns, product launches, exhibitions, and corporate events.
  • Develop event concepts and activation plans that increase brand awareness and consumer engagement.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, agencies, vendors, and third-party partners to ensure seamless event execution
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, equipment, permits, transportation, branding materials, and staffing.
  • Monitor event budgets and ensure activities are delivered within approved costs.
  • Supervise brand ambassadors, promoters, and event support teams during activations.
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of events and activations through post-event reports and performance analysis.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all event materials and customer touchpoints.
  • Support trade marketing initiatives and collaborate with the sales team to maximize campaign impact.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and recommend innovative activation ideas to strengthen the company's market presence.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in event management, brand activation, trade marketing, or marketing communications.
  • Experience in FMCG, agribusiness, retail, or a multinational organization is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience managing multiple events and projects simultaneously.

  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required for events.
