About the Role

Travel Padi is looking for a proactive, results-driven Flight Reservations, Ticketing & Sales Officer to join our growing team. If you're passionate about travel, customer service, and sales, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Book and issue domestic and international flight tickets.
• Handle reservations, reissues, refunds, and customer inquiries.
• Generate flight, visa, and tour bookings through proactive sales.
• Follow up on customer leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
• Build and manage corporate travel accounts.
• Promote Travel Padi's travel packages and services.
• Meet monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in flight reservations/ticketing.
• Strong knowledge of Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre GDS.
• Proven sales and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• IATA certification is an added advantage.
