Field Marketer

We are looking for energetic, hardworking, and results-oriented Field Marketers to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for marketing and promoting our water closets (WCs) and wash-hand basins to potential customers, building strong customer relationships, and generating sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential customers, including sanitary-ware shops, plumbing shops, building-material dealers, contractors, and other prospective buyers.

- Promote and market the company's WCs and wash-hand basins.

- Find new customers and follow up with existing customers to generate sales.

- Explain product features and provide accurate product information to customers.

- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.

- Submit regular reports on marketing activities, customer visits, and sales leads.

- Achieve assigned marketing targets and contribute to the growth of the business.

Requirements

- Must own a functional smartphone.

- Must be able to read and write.

- Must be energetic, agile, and willing to work in the field.

- Must have basic numeracy skills and be able to handle simple calculations and records.

- Must be hardworking, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.

- Must have good communication and customer-service skills.

- Previous marketing or sales experience is an advantage, but motivated applicants willing to learn are welcome.
