Field Marketing & Sales Officers

Key Responsibilities

• Promote company products and services to potential customers.
• Identify and generate new leads through field activities.
• Visit businesses, organizations and potential customers.
• Introduce prospects to the company's products and services.
• Distribute marketing materials and promotional flyers.
• Follow up with prospective customers and leads.
• Collect accurate customer and prospect information.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects.
• Submit regular reports on field activities, leads and results.
• Support company promotional campaigns and events.

Requirements

• HND or Degree is preferred, but not mandatory for candidates with relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and outgoing personality.
• Ability to approach and engage potential customers professionally.
• Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Previous sales, marketing or field experience is an advantage.
• Must be willing to work in the field.
