Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and update products on e-commerce platforms
  • Process and track customer orders from placement to delivery
  • Respond to customer inquiries through online channels
  • Monitor inventory availability and product listings
  • Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Support online promotions and sales campaigns
  • Prepare basic sales and performance reports

 Requirements:
  • Experience in e-commerce, online sales, or digital customer service is an advantage
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use online platforms
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Working Schedule:

  • 5 working days per week
  • 2 days off


Location: Tema, Avccra

Salary:

  • GHS 1,500 during probation
  • GHS 1,700 after successful completion of probation
