• Responsibilities
• Assist with business systems implementation and ongoing improvements;
• Support digital marketing systems development, maintenance, and optimization;
• Manage and maintain the Grace Mary Coaching client management system;
• Assist with client system implementation needs;
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting;
• Document processes and create simple training materials;
• Monitor and maintain data accuracy and security;
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI integration;

Research and recommend new digital tools.

• Requirements
• University diploma or degree;
• 1 to 2 years’ experience in digital systems support, IT, or related fields;
• Familiarity with CRM systems, digital marketing platforms, and workflow automation tools;
• Basic knowledge of AI tools and integrations;

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication platforms.

Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
