MARKETING ASSISTANT

• Responsibilities
• Assist with lead generation and pipeline tracking;
• Support relationship-building by responding to inquiries and nurturing prospects;
• Contribute to content creation (graphics, posts, videos) and campaign setup;
• Help manage marketing campaigns and report on outcomes;
• Maintain organized records of engagement and activities;
• Collaborate with the team to refine strategies and improve effectiveness;

Ensure all marketing aligns with Grace Mary Coaching’s professional tone and values.

• Requirements
• University degree or diploma;
• 1-2 years’ experience in marketing support, social media, or client outreach;
• Familiarity with social media platforms and email marketing tools;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Proficiency in collaboration tools; basic CRM knowledge is an advantage;
• Canva design and basic video editing skills preferred;

Digital marketing certifications are an added advantage.
