Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.

Prepare quotations and tailor-made travel itineraries for local and international clients.

Book domestic and international flights.

Process ticket reissues, refunds, and itinerary changes where applicable.

Make hotel, transfer, and activity reservations.

Assist clients with visa applications and travel documentation.

Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel suppliers.

Follow up on quotations and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Maintain accurate booking records and ensure timely communication with clients.

Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after travel.

Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
