Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field. 0-1 years of experience in reservations for a safari tour company and tour operations. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with booking systems. Attention to deatail, multitasking ability, and customer-first approach. Knowledge of East Africa destinations is a plus. Key Responsibilities Assist in processing and confirming reservations for flights, hotels, and activities. Liaise with hotels, airlines, and service providers to ensure availability and smooth delivery. Assist in issuing hotel vouchers, itineraries, quotations, invoices, and booking confirmations. Assist the sales team in creating itineraries based on client needs. Address booking changes, cancellations, special requests, and emergency support. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to align bookings with company processes. Keep up-to-date digital and physical files for all reservations and related documents. Assist in monitoring service standards, gather feedback, and help improve the process.
