TALENT MANAGEMENT SENIOR OFFICER

The Talent Management Senior Officer leads the strategic direction and execution of recruitment and employee growth. This role bridges the gap between hiring needs and workforce development to ensure high team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, source candidates, and build a strong employer brand
• Develop proactive hiring pipelines for critical organizational vacancies
• Design programs, workshops, and leadership paths to build employee skills
• Identify team competency gaps and roll out targeted developmental training
• Set employee goals, run reviews, and provide regular feedback
• Find high-potential staff and prepare them for future leadership roles
• Create programs to keep employees happy and reduce turnover

Qualifications:

• Strategic Leadership: Ability to align HR operations with overall business objectives
• Program Architecture: Proven experience building both training programs and hiring funnels
• Systems Proficiency: Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Data Analytics: Skill in measuring recruitment efficiency and training return-on-investment (ROI)
