LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST (LOGISTICS)

The Learning and Development Specialist/Trainer is responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for drivers, helpers, and other employees as required. The role supports employee development through classroom, field-based, and practical training activities, conducts competency assessments, monitors performance trends, and promotes compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and operational best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop training programs for Heavy Truck Drivers, helpers, and other employees
• Deliver classroom, field-based, and practical training activities
• Conduct competency assessments
• Monitor performance trends
• Promote compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and operational best practices
• Evaluate training programs

About you

• Graduate of any Bachelor's degree; Human Resources, Psychology, Transportation Management, or related courses are an advantage
• Experience in training, facilitation, coaching, learning and development, operations, fleet management, or related functions is required
• Knowledgeable in training design, facilitation, employee development, and performance evaluation
• Familiar with transportation operations, driver development, safety practices, and training methodologies
• Good presentation, facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Organized and systematic in handling training records, reports, and documentation
