Senior Travel Consultant

Advise clients on travel options, destinations, and itineraries.

Book flights, hotels, transfers, tours, and travel insurance.

Prepare travel quotations and process payments.

Issue air tickets and manage travel documentation.

Assist clients with visa and passport requirements.

Handle travel changes, cancellations, and customer inquiries.

Maintain accurate booking and client records.

Build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers.

Promote travel products and achieve sales targets.

Stay updated on airline policies, travel regulations, and industry trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or Degree in Tourism, Travel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.

Experience with GDS systems such as Amadeus or Galileo

Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel booking systems.
