About Us: Luxor Foods is a fast-growing instant noodles company committed to providing affordable, high-quality meals to Ugandan households. We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our dynamic team and take charge of driving sales growth in the Kikuubo market.

Position: Sales Manager Work Type: Full-Time Workplace: Kikuubo, Kampala

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise daily sales operations in Kikuubo and surrounding areas
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase product visibility and market share
• Manage and motivate the sales team to meet monthly targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and distributors
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
• Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis for management review
• Ensure proper stock handling and timely order fulfilment

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of a diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary and Benefits:

• Basic Salary: UGX 700,000 per month
• Performance Bonus: UGX 300,000 per month
