Job Description

Retainer: KES 25,000 + Commission
Key Responsibilities
  • Sell property units and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Conduct property viewings and client presentations.
  • Manage the full sales process from lead generation to closing.
  • Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports.
  • Build strong client relationships and conduct follow-ups.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Minimum Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years' experience in sales (real estate preferred).
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Experience with high-value residential property sales is an added advantage.
  • Good knowledge of the real estate market.
