Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 15–20 years of progressive experience in MEP project management, with a strong track record delivering complex, large-scale construction projects.
- Demonstrated experience delivering MEP scope on mission-critical or high-density technical facilities.
- Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar MEP budgets and large, multidisciplinary contractor teams on fast-track programs.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel to and, where required, be based at project sites for extended periods.
