- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or agro-processing.
- Experience in renewable energy, FMCG, or industrial production is an advantage.
- Experience in startups or resource-constrained environments preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent operational planning and execution.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
