Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or a sales-related field
• MUST have proven experience within the Food & Beverage, FMCG, Frozen Foods, or related food industry.
• 3+ years of hands-on project management experience, with full-cycle experience from planning to execution
• Regional sales experience, with familiarity with the Kenyan local market
• Proven agency management and digital marketing experience
• Familiar with below-the-line (BTL) and digital channels
• Proficient in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office;
• High level of integrity, attention to detail,and strong professional ethics

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute market development strategies and sales plans for BonPop and Kingfisher
• Achieve annual sales point expansion and sales targets, including recruiting and activating 20+ new sales points per month
• Manage external marketing agencies: briefings, reviews, KPI tracking, contract Negotiation
• Plan and coordinate digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, TikTok, e-commerce, etc.)
• Ensure brand consistency, creative approvals, and campaign timelines
• Manage marketing budgets and track ROI and campaign effectiveness
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, and finance teams
  
• Prepare monthly marketing reports and recommend strategic adjustments
