About the opportunity

Work with our friendly and passionate team in a role that gives much work satisfaction.

  • Provide quality client-focused care to patients, their family and carers, using a holistic approach
  • Assessment and monitoring of patients' physical and emotional state
  • Support end-of-life care with dignity, comfort, and respect for personal wishes
  • Follow the aged care code of conduct
  • Participate in continuous improvement, including feedback, training, and adapting care practices
  • Document and communicate care information accurately within the organisation and with external providers
  • Be part of a multi-disciplinary team which requires you to provide highly responsive and flexible service to consumers and carers.

To thrive in this role, you will have:

  • Excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.
  • A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management.
  • The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:

  • A current police check
  • Proof of current influenza vaccination
  • Valid work rights
