Requirements

• Proven experience as a professional painter.
• Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and surface preparation.
• Ability to use brushes, rollers, and spray-painting equipment.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Physically fit and able to work at heights when required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certificate or vocational training in painting is an added advantage.
• Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and filling cracks or holes.
  • Apply primer, paint, varnish, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
  • Mix paints and match colours as required.
  • Protect surrounding surfaces and maintain a clean work area.
  • Operate painting tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure a high-quality finish.
  • Adhere to workplace safety standards and company procedures.
