Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients and conduct a brief consultation to understand their needs, preferences, and any relevant health concerns

• Assess clients' physical condition to determine suitable massage techniques

• Identify situations where massage may not be appropriate and refer clients to a healthcare professional when necessary

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records

• Perform a variety of massage treatments, including: Swedish massage, Deep tissue massage, Sports massage, Aromatherapy massage, Hot stone massage (where applicable), Relaxation massage

• Customize treatments to meet individual client needs

• Ensure clients are comfortable throughout each session

• Explain treatment procedures and expected outcomes before each session

• Provide aftercare advice to help clients maintain the benefits of treatment

• Address client concerns professionally and ensure a positive customer experience

• Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized treatment room.
• Disinfect massage tables, tools, and equipment after each session.
• Ensure fresh linens, towels, and supplies are available at all times.
• Follow all health, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations.
• Previous experience as a Massage Therapist, Spa Therapist, or Wellness Therapist is preferred.
• Experience in a spa, wellness center, hotel, gym, or hospitality environment is an advantage.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of a Vocational
• 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
