• Promote and market the company's products and services to increase sales and brand awareness.
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns, sales promotions, and other business development initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers while responding to enquiries and resolving complaints professionally.
• Generate, follow up, and convert sales leads from referrals, online enquiries, networking, and other marketing activities.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, networking events, and other promotional activities.
• Maintain the showroom and ensure products and promotional materials are attractively displayed.
• Support the development and management of promotional materials, social media platforms, and website content.
• Monitor market trends, identify new business opportunities, and recommend strategies to increase sales and market reach.
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve the company’s sales, marketing, and business objectives.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by Management.

• A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong sales, marketing, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and other digital marketing tools.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet sales targets.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service will be an added advantage.

Working hours: 2 pm to 8 pm Monday to Friday and 9 am to 4 pm on Saturdays
