Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities The field interviewers will undertake the following duties and responsibilities: Commit to attend all days of training and data collection. Obtain and document informed consent from the study participants before the interviews. Listing of all existing structures and rentable rooms in the study sites. Conduct and record all interviews held with respondents using tablets. Participate in daily debrief meetings. Be a custodian of the APHRC data collection equipment during field work. Observe safeguarding procedures throughout the data engagement. Any other related activity assigned by the supervisor during the contract period. Minimum Requirements Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE); with a minimum grade of C Plain. Experience in electronic data capture methods, such as survey CTO and devices like tablets. Attention to detail to ensure the correctness of all data entered. Previous experience working in Korogocho and Viwandani is an added advantage. Fluency in written and spoken English and Swahili. Be available to work full-time on the project for the duration. Only residents of Nairobi County are eligible to apply.
