HOTEL MANAGER

• Responsibilities

Reporting to the board, key roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Provision of general management for all hotel departments underpinned by planning, organizing and controlling of operations

• Strict compliance with hotel standards and regulatory requirements
• Marketing, promotions and elevating presence in all media platforms
• Other duties that may arise from time to time
• Requirements
• Qualification: At least a diploma in Tourism and Hospitality Management
• Experience: At least 5 years in a managerial role in a reputable tourism establishment
• Fluent in English and Setswana. Command of international languages is an added advantage

Skills: Competent in Microsoft Office and Hotel Management packages, Financial/Accounting competencies and Human capital Management.

• A valid drivers license over 2 years is required
