Job Description

JOB TITLE FINANCE MANAGER NATURE OF JOB FULL TIME SALARY KSHS. 60,000-70,000 JOB LOCATION KIAMBU

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Financial Management & Reporting
  • Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all financial reports
  • Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to management
  • Monitor cash flow, revenue, expenses, and profitability

Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Lead the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts
  • Track budget performance and highlight variances
  • Support management in financial planning and decision-making

Accounting & Controls
  • Supervise all accounting operations including payable, receivable, and general ledger
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies
  • Strengthen internal controls to safeguard company assets
Coordinate internal and external audits Leadership & Team Management
  • Provide leadership and supervision to Accounts and Finance staff
  • Support training, performance evaluation, and staff development
  • Ensure effective coordination between Finance, Sales, and Operations teams

Sales & Operational Finance Support
  • Monitor sales performance from a financial perspective
  • Work closely with operations to ensure cost control and efficiency
  • Support pricing, revenue tracking, and profitability analysis

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • CPA-K (Certified Public Accountant – Kenya) is required
  • Over 5+ years of experience in finance, with proven leadership/management experience
  • Strong understanding of accounting systems and financial reporting
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • High analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Excellent financial reporting and interpretation skills
  • Integrity, accountability, and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills
