Job Description
Location: Nairobi, Kenya Industry: Chemicals Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: KES 30,000 – 40,000 Gross Age Requirement: 28–40 years
Key Responsibilities * Safely transport the Executive Director to meetings, appointments, and official engagements. * Provide transportation services to company visitors and guests as required. * Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure the vehicle remains roadworthy. * Ensure all vehicle documents, including insurance and inspection certificates, are valid and up to date. * Maintain the assigned vehicle in a clean and presentable condition. * Monitor fuel, oil, tyre condition, and routine maintenance requirements. * Adhere to traffic laws and safe driving practices at all times. * Use GPS and route planning tools to ensure timely arrivals. * Report vehicle faults, accidents, or maintenance requirements promptly. * Prepare and submit vehicle mileage and usage reports. * Maintain professionalism, courtesy, confidentiality, and discretion.
Qualifications * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. * Diploma in a relevant field is an added advantage.
Experience * Minimum of *5 years' experience* as an Executive Driver or in a similar role.
Required Skills & Competencies * Excellent knowledge of Kenyan traffic laws and road safety regulations. * Good knowledge of Nairobi roads and surrounding areas. * Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability. * Physically fit with the ability to work flexible hours when required. * High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
