Job Description

• Assist with sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations
• Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries
• Maintain procurement records and documentation
• Support inventory management and supplier coordination
• Perform other procurement and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
