Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Coordinate email correspondence and respond to routine inquiries.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Organize and maintain digital files and records.
- Assist with travel arrangements and itinerary planning.
- Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-up actions.
- Support project coordination and administrative processes.
- Take meeting minutes and distribute action items.
- Assist with stakeholder communications and relationship management.
- Perform general administrative duties as required.
Essential Requirements
- Must be based in Kenya.
- Minimum of 2–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Intermediate English proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
Highly Regarded Experience
- Previous experience working in the NDIS, aged care, healthcare, hospital, community services, disability support, or allied health sectors.
- Experience providing executive, administrative, or operational support within the health or community services industry.
- Understanding of the NDIS, aged care, disability, or healthcare systems.
- Strong sales, stakeholder engagement, account management, or business development experience.
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders, clients, and service providers.
