Job Description
JOB TITLE DIGITAL MARKETING INTERN NATURE OF JOB FULL TIME STIPEND KSHS.16,000-23,000 JOB LOCATION NAIROBI CBD
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design engaging social media graphics and marketing materials using Canva.
  • Develop creative content for social media platforms, including captions, images, short videos, and promotional posts.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish content across social media channels according to the content calendar.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly while maintaining a professional brand voice.
  • Engage with followers and online communities to increase audience interaction and brand visibility.
  • Track and analyze social media performance using platform analytics and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Monitor trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
  • Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media and other online channels.
  • Assist in creating email marketing content, blogs, and website updates where required.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and brand initiatives.
  • Maintain consistency in branding and messaging across all digital platforms.
  • Support day-to-day digital marketing and administrative tasks as assigned.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
  • Certificate in Digital Marketing or a related field.
  • At least six (6) months of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
  • Proficiency in Canva for creating social media content.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and social media analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
