Job Description
JOB TITLE DIGITAL MARKETER NATURE OF JOB FULL TIME SALARY KSHS. 30,000 PLUS COMMISSIONS JOB LOCATION NAIROBI (CBD)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Paid media campaigns:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to achieve KPIs.
  • Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize returns.

Analytics and reporting:
  • Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports highlighting insights and recommendations.
  • Use data-driven strategies to improve conversion rates.

Content creation:
  • Develop engaging digital content using Canva or similar design platforms.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce visuals and copy for ads.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.

Social media management:
  • Manage and grow social media presence using Hootsuite or similar platforms.
  • Engage with audiences to build brand loyalty and awareness.
  • Monitor trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.

Strategy development:
  • Contribute to overall digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Identify new opportunities for online growth and lead generation.
  • Stay updated on emerging digital marketing tools and trends.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
  • Google Certification in Digital Marketing or Ads.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Proven track record of running successful paid media campaigns.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Creativity in campaign design and execution.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
