Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Debt Collector to recover outstanding payments while maintaining professional relationships with clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for following up on overdue accounts, negotiating repayment plans, maintaining accurate collection records, resolving payment disputes, preparing collection reports, issuing payment reminders and demand notices, escalating unresolved accounts where necessary, and consistently achieving monthly collection targets.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Credit Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in debt collection, credit control, or accounts receivable.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven with the ability to meet collection goals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with accounting or ERP systems is an added advantage.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in Kisaju.
