CORPORATE SALARY ADVANCE LOAN AGENT.

Are you a young, experienced and self-driven individual with ability to curate awesome experiences for clients in possession of the following qualifications?

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, preferably in salary advance lending, consumer lending, banking, SACCOs, microfinance, or digital lending.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Experience in employer payroll onboarding and relationship management is an added advantage.

KPI’s.

- Sales Growth - Achieve monthly loan disbursement and revenue targets by consistently originating quality salary advance loans.

- Customer Acquisition - Acquire new customers and onboard new employer/corporate payroll relationships while growing the active borrower base.

- Credit Quality - Maintain a high-quality loan portfolio by ensuring low default rates and keeping the Portfolio at Risk (PAR) within the approved threshold

- Compliance - Ensure full adherence to the company's Credit Policy, KYC, AML/CFT requirements, regulatory guidelines, and documentation standards with zero compliance breaches.

- Customer Experience - Deliver excellent customer service by providing timely loan processing, clear communication, prompt issue resolution, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

- Reporting - Submit accurate and timely sales, pipeline, portfolio, and activity reports while maintaining complete and up-to-date customer records in the loan management system.

Remuneration is both Retainer of Kes 30,000 & structured commissions subject to statutory deductions.
